OLA VOGA PRE ORDER

Every Thursday at 6pm Ola Voga new collection will be added on our website in section OLA VOGA PRE ORDER.

Parcel will be ready for dispatch after 10-12 days counted from Thursday .

For example if you place an order on 18.08 your parcel will be ready for dispatch on 29.08.

If you placing the order with product marked as Pre-Order  and you will decide to order product from others section please note all products will be dispatched TOGETHER after pre-order products become available. 

If you place an order for Pre-Order section -In Product description is a note with dispatch date -Your product will be dispatched with later date. For example: 

Dispatch date 22.08 for first product and dispatch date 30.08 for second product. These products will be dispatched together on 30.08.

If you would like to get other product  quicker please place an order separately. 

Fashionista By AC has got the right to cancel your pre-order item if product will not arrive at the destination due to technical issues at manufacturing. If product will not arrive you will be notify by e-mail and full refund for the item will be provided.

It is customer responsibility to read this section before placing the order

After order is placed it can not be cancelled. 

International shipping

Please note international shipping may take longer than usual due to Brexit .

International parcels are dispatched twice a week on Thursday and Saturday. 

www.fashionistabyac.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

CUSTOMS,DUTIES,TAXES

www.fashionistabyac.co.uk is not responsible for any Customs and Taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs,taxes)

eGift Cards 
eGiftcards can not be exchange for money.
eGift cards can not be returned and are valid for 12 months .
We do not offer refund for expired eGift cards.

Shipping Policy
After order is placed shop has got 2 days to pack and dispatch your order excluding weekends and bank holidays (does not apply to pre-order orders)
We adding Tracking numbers once parcel is packed what does not mean it has been posted. Once posted tracking number will be active.
For international shipping please check Store Policy section. 

If parcel is missing :

Parcel can be considered missing if it has not been delivered for 14 days from posting date.

After 14 days our shop will put a claim against the carrier.

Carrier has got 30 days for respond.

As soon as shop will received response from carrier full refund will be provided to Customer.

If you have choosen shipping without signarture Fashionista By AC will not taking responsibilities for missing parcels. 
It is your responsibility to ensure you have choose best shipping option to secure your order.

Please note we not taking responsibilities for parcels that has not been collected from Royal Mail after delivery attempt . If you will not collect the parcel (within 7 days form delivert attempt ) and parcel will gone missing during RM returning process we will not provide the refund. If parcel will back to us you will be inform by e-mail and you will be charged additional posting fee also you will loose 14 days return right. 


Fashionista By AC is not responsible if customer provided incorrect shipping details at the checkout.
In that case Fashionista by AC will not refund you/will not open disputes with carrier.  It is customer responsibility to check if all information are correct..
