Return and Exchange Policy

Our shop offers PRE-ORDER and limited edition products. After purchase, no returns will be accepted, and no refunds will be provided.

We will only accept returns if the product has visible manufacturing defects. The product must have tags attached, be in its original packaging, and in unworn condition.

Before returning the product, please contact us at with your order number, more information, and photos.

We aim to respond to queries within 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays); however, responses may take longer during annual leave periods. Customers have 3 days from receiving the parcel to report any issues regarding the product. After that time, refunds/exchanges will not be offered. Please note that no return will be accepted without a return form, which will be provided via email. If your return is accepted, we will offer an exchange if the product is still available. If not, a full refund will be provided.

Gift Card Policy: Products purchased using a gift card are not eligible for returns, as our website does not allow refunds to be issued back to gift cards. Additionally, purchased gift cards are also not eligible for returns or exchanges for cash.

We reserve the right to not consider returns reported later than 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel.

Shipping and Handling Fees: Any shipping and handling fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international returns. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before returning any items internationally.

Exclusions: Certain items may be excluded from our standard return policy, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, or items marked as final sale. Please check the product description or contact us for more information before making your purchase.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
